How To Use

  1. Use tweezers or fingers to pull bead from the strip and place on pressure point.
  2. Press down firmly to secure bead.
  3. Remove beads after 3-5 days (beads may fall off naturally, which is normal).

Recommendations

  • Apply beads to one side of the body at a time (left or right side).
  • Place bead as accurately as possible, however, placement does not need to be precise to be effective.
  • Throughout the day, press gently on beads for an extra boost.
  • If skin becomes irritated, remove bead.

    Love the anxiety pack

    I am new to Chinese medicine and really enjoying the anxiety protocol. My stress usually shows up as tension and fatigue in my arms and wrist.

    I’ve been experiencing some unexpected and welcome relief while using this product for the last week.

    I definitely plan to keep it up and will be back for more!

    Instant Relief Whenever I Need It

    After adding the beads to my wrist and ear I instantly felt the calming effects as the nerves were stimulated. What I didn’t expect was of often I’d begin reaching to press them when I wanted to immediately up the effect. Having that constant touch and pressure is amazing.

    Shamanic heart opening

    The anxiety protocols have changed my life. I’ve been wearing them to navigate through grief and anxiety and I have felt a new circuit of energy moving through me. My heart feels like it’s growing , like I’m finally returning to me again. To love.

    Hack for Anxiety

    I have struggled with anxiety most of my life and it flares up for different reasons and whenever it does my stomach / digestion also gets gnarly. I have been using these for the last month and I have noticed a noticeable difference! I am about to get my second month of supply. I notice the more consistent I am in using the beads and pushing on the regularly the more it helps not only my anxiety, but also myself stomach.

    Doctor who loves this!

    I’m a doctor and always looking for natural and holistic ways to manage my stress.

    I’m addicted, in the best way. I use this religiously. So happy I found this! It has really helped me better manage my stress and anxiety!

    Just to note. Rarely, it leaves small marks on my skin, never on my face, once on my arm and once on my leg, it was so tiny / microscopic I didn’t care and it went away in a couple weeks. I more say this so you don’t worry incase I this happens to you.

    If you are really committed I recommend being consistent and using this for at least a couple of months to feel the best effects! The more I use them the better I feel.
