Working as hoped!

I enjoy the gummies as opposed to capsules! This worked well and I'm usually only taking one before bed to help with sleep, I have taken two but find one does it for me. I'm not waking up groggy as with other over the counter sleep products I've tried. I would definitely buy again!

I love these gummies! They taste delicious! I need melatonin to help me relax when I go to bed so I can get a peaceful sleep. Being in gummie form, your body absorbs the melatonin more quickly and I can feel myself drifting off into sleep in no time. One gummie is 5mg and you can take up to two for a total of 10 mg.
