How long can LITELOK X1 resist an angle grinder for?
The exact time it takes depends on a number of factors like the power of the angle grinder, the type of discs used and the skill of the user. During our own and independent tests we found that X1 is at least 5 times more angle grinder resistant than the current leading d-lock aswell as needing multiple discs to cut it.
How much does LITELOK X1 weigh?
LITELOK X1 weighs approximately 1.7kgs or 3.7lbs.
What is LITELOK X1's locking circumference?
LITELOK X1 has a full-sized locking circumference of approximately 101 x 196mm meaning you can lock more bikes in more places than other armoured u-locks.
Can I attach LITELOK X1 to my bike?
LITELOK X1 is sold with an innovative Twist & Go mount for mounting the lock on your bike frame. The universal quick-release Twist & Go mount fits any bike style and firmly holds X1 in place even on rough surfaces for rattle-free riding.
If you don’t want to use the Twist & Go mount, we have a lock holster solution. We’ve collaborated with Restrap, another great British brand, to create a Lock Holster, which is available as an optional extra for £14.99.
Has LITELOK X1 been independently tested?
Yes, it has been thoroughly tested by Sold Secure and both locks achieve Sold Secure Motorcycle and Bicycle Diamond levels (the highest ratings available).
(Note: Sold Secure is owned and administered by the Master Locksmiths Association (a not-for-profit trade association) and works from purpose built laboratories in the UK.

What is LITELOK X1 made of?
LITELOK X1 is built with Barronium™, a patent-pending anti-angle grinder material that is applied as a permanently fused composite armour, providing maximum cut resistance and protection from angle grinder attacks. The Barronium™ layer repels angle grinder discs.
The X range comprises of three layers of protection:
1. A fine-grain, hardened high-tensile steel core providing inner strength against multiple tool attacks
2. Barronium™ anti-angle grinder armour, permanently fused to the core to repel angle grinder discs
3. A plant-based eco-rubber outer layer is soft to touch, so it won't damage your frame.
What is the warranty?
LITELOK X1 is sold with a 3 year warranty to provide peace of mind and covers mechanical or operational faults through normal usage. The warranty does not cover aesthetic wear and tear. It is important to register your lock and keys with us so that in the event that you lose your keys, replacements can be ordered.

Fits around my Kawasaki ninja 636 front wheel rim and tyre and also it can fit through both brake discs and the rim of you prefer, perfect size, can't complain for the money!

This lock is great. The quality is superb. The only minor downside is that it rattles a bit when using the twist and go mount on your bike. Be that as it may I would strongly recommend this lock!

I imagine the reason no one has tampered with this lock to date is that they have done the same research as me. I spent a lot on the e bike so it makes sense to invest in the best security for it.

I recently purchased the LITELOK X1 bike lock from LITELOK, and I wanted to share my experience for others considering making a purchase from this company. The journey from purchase to delivery had its ups and downs, so here’s a fair assessment of the entire process.
Ordering Process and Delivery Timeline:
I placed my order on the 19th of March, expecting a prompt delivery based on the timeline advised on LITELOK’s website. However, the lock was only collected by the courier, Evri, on the 26th of March, with the final delivery happening on the 29th. This delivery timeline significantly exceeds what I, and likely many others, would consider acceptable in today’s fast-paced e-commerce environment. To put it into perspective, I ordered a bike online, which arrived in just 3 days, yet I was left waiting to use it because the lock's arrival took notably longer. This aspect of my experience with LITELOK was disappointing and fell short of the high customer service standards expected in the current online shopping landscape.
Product Quality and Security:
On a more positive note, the quality of the LITELOK X1 bike lock itself is commendable. It is robust and gives me considerable confidence in leaving my bike securely locked up in public spaces.
